Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact (if applicable).
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
A clear reason for the return or exchange should be stated.
Note: Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your order:
Step 1: Complete the Return Form
Fill out the Return Form and include it with your return package.

Step 2: Repack the Merchandise
Carefully pack the item(s) along with the completed Return Form.
Ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging.
Step 3: Ship the Items
Send your return via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at your own expense to the address given in your senders’ column of package received.
Note: We are not responsible for lost returns sent via non-trackable methods.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on used, damaged, or customized items unless defective upon arrival.
Products bought during a sale or promotion may have different return conditions. Please refer to the specific terms at the time of purchase.
